Young Adults

Harvest Young Adults (HYA). For those aged 18 to 30. We meet almost every Thursday at the church from 7:30pm - 9:30pm even during the summer months. Our first hour is spent worshiping Jesus Christ and digging into God's Word. Our second hour is spent in small groups for discussion, accountability and prayer.

By God's grace, our desire is to see young adults saved, young adults baptized and young adults being discipled and making disciples - sharing in the "work of ministry ... building up the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:12) that all believers are called to. The goal of Harvest Young Adults is that all would "go on to maturity" (Hebrews 6:1), integrating into the body life of the church, forming inter-generational relationships and using the time and energy of their youth to set the believers "an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity." (1 Timothy 4:12).

Note that for your first few times attending, rather than joining a small group immediately, you will join one of our Welcome Groups which will give you the opportunity to ask questions, to learn about our small groups and to see if HYA is the right place for you to grow in your walk with Christ.
